Directions & Hours

Coming from the Sagamore Bridge:

• Follow Route 6 East approx 10 miles to Exit 5 the Marstons Mills/Osterville Exit
• Take a Right onto Route 149
• At Fork Bear Right Continuing on Route 149 until you come to a Rotary approx 1.3 miles down. Take the 2nd Exit continuation of Route 149
• Continue approx 2 miles from the Rotary and the Plum Porch will be on your right hand side just past the four way stop on 149.

Coming From The Lower Cape Falmouth/Mashpee Rotary Area

• Enter the Mashpee Rotary and take the Route 28, Falmouth Road Exit towards Hyannis for approximately 4.5 miles
• Approximately 1/4 mile after the Stop & Shop intersection of Route 28 take a slight left onto Route 149
• Travel 0.3 miles, the Plum Porch is on your left

Coming from the Outer Cape Hyannis Area

• Take Mid Cape Highway Route 6 to Exit 5 Route 149 the Marstons Mills/Osterville Exit
• Turn Left onto Route 149 Bearing Right and staying on Route 149 for approx 1.5 miles to a Rotary. Travel 1/2 way around the rotary continuing on Route 149 aprox 2 miles down. The Plum Porch will be on your right just after the 4 way stop on 149.
